UiPath build and deployment management

The UiPath scripts developed by the UiPath developers will be published as NuGet packages in UiPath Orchestrator. This initial step in creating the NuGet package is the build step. The NuGet packages are the basis for creating the automation process in Orchestrator. The work steps involved in making a UiPath NuGet package deployed as an UiPath process that can be executed as the job (by robots) is referred to here as the UiPath deployment process.

When the UiPath program was at the initial level of maturity in the ABC Insurance UiPath CoE, there was just one development environment. The UiPath scripts were developed in this environment and a production environment was tied to Orchestrator where NuGet packages were published to the Orchestrator tenant.

There were no proper script reviews and external testing teams involved; the bots had many quality issues and had to be fixed constantly. Hence, two more environments using test orchestrators...
