Chapter 3: The Scrum Team
In the previous chapter, we discussed the Scrum principles and values. In this chapter, we'll talk about the parts that make up the Scrum framework, starting with the Scrum Team. In this chapter, we'll learn all about the members of the Scrum Team, what their roles and responsibilities are and how they interact with each other. In addition, we'll answer some questions often asked about the Scrum Team that are not adequately covered in the Scrum Guide.
