Chapter 10: Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
This chapter introduces the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) approach to scaling Scrum. The LeSS approach applies to situations where many teams work together on a single product. But that definition is also incomplete. Craig Larmon, the co-founder of LeSS, describes LeSS in this manner:
In other words, with LeSS, many teams can work collaboratively on one product with more success by simplifying the organization.
