The IQ Bot project we completed in that chapter gave you a glimpse into the document processing capabilities that are being added to RPA. You can also add document processing to RPA using Cloud AI (for example, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon) or use dedicated OCR/ICR vendors such as Abbyy, Hyland, Kofax, or Hyperscience.
