Eureka Moment – the Missing Link

In the previous chapters, we have gone through changes in approach to digital transformation and its impact on the maker–operator ecosystem. We also touched upon the importance of the transformation of products toward service and the convergence of conventional value chains, along with the transformation of operations. We explained how this was further accelerated by the pandemic and other global impacting scenarios and their impact on the supply chain, and we looked at how organizations need to adapt to these industry shifts and imperatives.
