Redash offers a convenient way for working on your queries (yep, it's not just writing the query in the editor or pasting it from the Stack Overflow) in the form of operations. These operations can – and will – save you time when dealing with multiple queries over multiple Data Sources, and in collaboration between several teams. We will cover the core operations it offers in the following subsections.

Creating a query
To create a query, we can click on Create | Query from the top menu, which will take us to the create the New Query screen.
