What if there is no governance
Your organization may not have yet reached the point where there is a maturity of understanding that there is a need to model a business. Without that understanding, there can be no conversation around governance. So what do you do if faced with that situation? You have no choice but to learn how to sell an idea.
This technique has been developed by Shirlaws. You can use it in any situation where you need to communicate an idea. So it doesn't matter if there is governance or not. I will introduce the idea, but there is not sufficient room in this book to explain it in great detail.
