Implementing and managing Experience Cloud emails
When you leverage Experience Cloud for communications, you will have some outbound communications that will come from the site and others that will come from your Service configuration. The big thing to consider is that you are now managing external users in your support strategy. This might be a new venture for your Salesforce instance, or maybe you are integrating into an existing process and extending it to Salesforce. There are a few templates that come with Salesforce that you can modify. A few of the templates include the following:
- Site Welcome Email
- Personal Information Change: Old Email Address Change Verification, New Email Address Change Verification, Device Activation Verification
- Password Related: Forgot Password, Change Password, Case Comment, User Lockout, One-Time Password, One-Time Password For Headless Forgot Password Flow
