We have all forgotten where we saved that link, stored that template, or bookmarked that resource. Achieving scale and efficiency with all the demands of CS is one of the key practices that allow us to get to the strategic and proactive activities of our role.
As CS professionals, we are inundated with an array of internal and external tools, resources, presentations, data sets, case studies, playbooks, toolkits, methodologies, cross-functional teams, and other elements designed to aid in supporting customers and achieving internal goals. This abundance of resources, while beneficial, can also pose a challenge in managing and effectively utilizing them, especially when it comes to scaling tasks to accommodate diverse books of business.
