This chapter provided an overview of SAP CRM Analytics and SAP TMS Analytics, along with some of its key reporting functions. We looked at the areas where SAP CRM and SAP TMS Analytics have provided reporting capabilities that can help your organization get the required information to make key decisions, once the Order to Cash process has been reviewed. Some of the reporting capabilities we covered included those surrounding products, customer, sales, Interaction center, and transportation analytics. In addition to these reports, you learned about Interactive reporting, which acts as an ad hoc report that provides real-time information about operational analytics. You also learned about the basic functions of SAP CRM and SAP TMS Analytics, both of which are powered by SAP HANA.
