We are a healthcare company specializing in providing supporting IT services to hospitals and doctors’ offices all around the world. Our Online Appointment Scheduling (OAS) platform is highly rated by the healthcare industry, and we are the leader in this space. Three years ago, we acquired a small transport and logistics company that powers our DeliverNow online platform, which delivers vaccines quickly, with accuracy, and at scale to hospitals, pharmacy stores, and doctors’ offices.
Historically, we have owned data centers fully operated by ourselves. We were doing capacity planning 2 years ahead of time and our procurement team would be in intense contract negotiations with lots of different vendors to procure the new hardware to increase the computer, storage, and networking capacity. The IT team provided estimated capacity needs with peak performance and estimated costs to provision the new capacity.
