Summary
In this chapter, we examined Bookings, both on the web and in the Teams app. Bookings can be used to streamline the process of offering and managing virtual appointments for both internal and external users. We learned how to configure hours, services, and branding in the web app, and the simplicity of getting a Bookings calendar up and running directly in Teams.
The Bookings app can be used standalone and can also integrate with other tools inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. In the next chapter, we will look at the service that powers all of these virtual visits: Microsoft Teams meetings.
