Summary

One of the challenges of a platform such as Adobe Learning Manager is keeping learners actively engaged over long periods of time. This is especially true in today’s hyper-connected world, where each of us is already surrounded by an increasing number of platforms of all kinds.

To overcome this challenge, almost every event occurring on the platform triggers two emails: one to the learner and one to the learner’s manager. These emails are designed to extend the reach of Adobe Learning Manager so that learners are always aware of what is happening on the LMS and are constantly encouraged to log back in. Most organizations consider these emails to be an essential aspect of the experience they provide to their learners.
