Document templates

The Microsoft Word templates for each of the four project documents are included for your use as a starting point in planning and producing e-learning videos. For users of Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, and Office 365, the following are the instructions to save these files as templates accessible from within Word:

• Store the unzipped Word template files (with a .dotx filename extension) in the Templates directory of your system.

  Tip

  To find your templates directory, search for all the files with a .dotx filename extension. Note the directory where they are stored and store the downloaded template files in this same directory.

• When creating a new file in Word, select the appropriate template in the My templates area.
