Implementing the tools of Lean metrics
In this chapter on Lean metrics, you learned about metrics commonly applied to measure Lean production practices. You also learned about the four specific metrics that give the best prediction of a software delivery teams' performance. Traditional VSM practices implemented manual tools to capture and analyze value stream metrics.
