The SPSS capabilities with respect to graphs covered in this chapter give you a foundation to create visual representations of data for both deeper pattern discovery and to communicate results to a broader audience. There are a variety of ways to produce graphs initially in both the statistical procedures and the graph builder itself. Either approach will generate a visual that can then be tailored to your needs using the techniques introduced in the preceding examples. Several other graph types such as pie charts and multiple line charts, which were not covered in this chapter, can be built and edited using the approaches shown for the preceding charts.
