If you want to be more successful at influencing others, we have to understand the other person. In being ourselves, and adding some scientific and psychological pieces to our communications, we will find we can easily begin to have more success in influence and selling.
Some actions are going to come more naturally and be more comfortable for introverts. Others might be new for us and will require a different understanding and a willingness to add something new.
