Automation – The need
Alex meets his old friend John at his home. He’s decided to have a nice evening and also to learn as much as possible about automation.
John: Hello, Alex! It has been a long time since we last met. Was it at that beach party?
Alex: Yes, exactly, at that fabulous party long ago, but I still remember you love this beer brand. I’ve brought this 12-pack! We can finish it while we talk about the old times.
John: I prefer talking about the present. We’re living in interesting times. How’s your new job at TrendyCorp?
Alex: I was hired to help migrate most of their services to the cloud. We’re a small team, but fortunately, we have the time and resources to learn, discuss, plan, and then do the migration. We’re having lots of formal and informal training about the cloud.
