Using AI Companion in meetings

One of the most powerful tools when using AI Companion is that you can turn it on during meetings. This gives you two main features:

• Meeting summaries: Participants can receive an AI-generated summary with the next steps of the entire meeting after the meeting ends. No more taking notes! AI Companion will create a complete recap of the meeting and send it to everyone if configured.
• Meeting questions: Attendees can ask AI Companion questions based on the meeting’s transcript. For example, were you 10 minutes late to the meeting? That’s ok – just ask AI Companion to catch you up. You can even ask if your name was mentioned.
