Infrastructure tasks

Infrastructure tasks are related to flows that are in charge of making sure that hardware is operational and that nodes are forming the cluster. Just as service replicas, those nodes are dynamic. Their numbers are fluctuating as a result of ever-changing needs behind our services. Everything related to hardware or, more often, VMs and their ability to be members of a cluster is under this umbrella.

We'll group infrastructure related tasks into self-healing, request, and self-adaptation flows.
