Securing Azure Virtual Desktop
In the previous chapter, we learned how Windows 365 can be secured. Now, it’s time to look at Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and some of the different ways of securing it. We will start by learning how to configure backups for the session hosts and the FSLogix profiles. Then, we will move on to the configuration of private endpoints for the AVD host pool and workspaces. We will continue with confidential computing and configuring AppLocker. Next, we will discuss the importance of securing OneDrive, and we will end the chapter by looking at the structure of Active Directory.
