Elements of the Large Solution SAFe® configuration
Since the Large Solution SAFe configuration builds upon the foundations of the Essential SAFe configuration, much of the operational and development value stream capabilities are in place. The Large Solution SAFe configuration adds the activities, events, and artifacts necessary to coordinate multiple ARTs toward the vision and goals of the larger solution.
The primary activities of the Large Solution SAFe configuration include developing the Solution Intent, defining and refining the Solution Backlog, and integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing the activities of the underlying ARTs. Let’s start with the Solution Intent.
