Getting fine-grained control of Excel Exports from Navigation lists to Excel
The big Excel button on the SmartList window provides a visual cue that SmartLists can deliver flexibility by exporting to Microsoft Excel. How to do it…
To export a Navigation list to Excel, follow these steps:
- Select Financial from the Navigation pane.
- At the top of the Navigation pane, select Accounts to open up the Accounts list.
- Mark the checkbox in the header next to Account Number to select all accounts.
- On the ribbon at the top, select Go To and then Send to Excel:
- Excel will open with the data from the list.
