A Contact Us form is often the gateway for visitors to connect with a company or organization, whether they have inquiries, feedback, or need assistance. Surprisingly, it’s frequently disregarded in terms of workflow automation, yet it’s crucial for ensuring all leads are captured in your CRM!
For a basic Contact Us form, you’re going to need four things:
- A form to collect data
- A confirmation email
- A tag to segment the group
- A task to follow up with the contact
How to do it…
- Following the instructions in Chapter 6, build a public form that asks for the following:
- First name
- Additional comments—so that they can share their question(s) with you
- Style your form using your branding and design preferences.
