Case study

Let's continue with the case study of our educational content sharing and learning platform, Escola. In the previous chapter, we researched to define the problem statement and identify the solution, and we also validated the viability and feasibility of our platform. The conclusion after different tests and analyses was to proceed to the next step for the Escola platform. Hence, in the next step, we will define the business vision, business strategy, and finally create the platform strategy for the Escola platform.

Business vision

To define the business vision, we must look at the problem statement that we are trying to solve and provide a direction to our company based on that problem. The problem that we were trying to solve through the Escola platform is that educators cannot reach out to interested students to share learning content, and students cannot find the right educators to receive that content.
