Identifying the solution
Identifying solutions is the next and most crucial step of the ideation phase for any product or platform. After we have identified a problem statement that is cutting across all the entities or user roles for our digital platform, we should dive into identifying solutions. And, in a similar way to the problem statement, we must also validate whether our solution is the right one for the platform. The holistic problem statement identified and shortlisted in the previous step should be the center of the solution phase.
