Chapter 12: Implementing DevOps in a Real-World Organization
Using everything we have learned so far, in this chapter we will look at putting everything into practice and see how you might implement DevOps in a real-world organization. Using a fictitious organization, we will set out problem statements, define what their goals are, and then look at how we can help that company adapt and change, starting on the road to DevOps transformation.
By the end of this chapter, you will have learned how to combine all the elements we have covered in the book and put them together to practice a real-world transformation to DevOps.
