The use of Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration has grown rapidly, reaching over 320 million monthly active users in 2023, and it has become the most important application for information workers. The Microsoft Viva suite, the new employee experience product line launched in 2021, brings capabilities for communications, goal setting, knowledge management, and learning, Viva Connections being one of these experiences.
