setKeyguardDisabled() can be used to disable or re-enable the keyguard
setStatusBarDisabled() can be used to disable or re-enable the status bar
UserManager.DISALLOW_SAFE_BOOT is a new constant that states whether the user can boot a device to safe boot
Settings.Global.STAY_ON_WHILE_PLUGGED_IN will prevent the screen from turning off while plugged in to power
