The price of the service includes VMware's software, AWS' Cloud infrastructure, and support costs. Data transfer and IP are charged separately. Customers can choose on-demand (hourly) or subscription-based (one year or three year) options to consume the service.
Eligible customers may purchase VMware Cloud on AWS by purchasing either SPP credits or Hybrid Purchasing Program (HPP) credits and redeeming those credits on the service. Please refer to the following websites for more details on these credits:
