Incorporating design thinking into development
Most of this book is about using the steps needed to solve problems, considering user needs, refining problems, and creating and testing solutions. This is the essence of design thinking. You were probably doing this even without knowing its name. This hands-on approach emphasizes user empathy through the research methods covered in the book. However, in practical terms, a design thinker remembers the user goals at every process step.
