Continuous improvement setup for UiPath support

Continuous improvement initiatives are one of the most neglected UiPath support enablers, but they will be the most valuable to the entire UiPath program when implemented correctly. Ongoing improvement initiatives can be introduced right from the inception of the UiPath support team.

The ABC Insurance Corporation UiPath CoE support team used to get frequent incidents on a critical financial process that failed every day due to an application timeout exception. The Support team member would get involved to clear the error message, update the inputs sheet, and then rerun the job. As this was very frequent, it took a lot of time, and Jennifer identified this pain point and came up with an improvement plan to create a support utility that will perform these manual steps when this job faults.
