Connecting big data

Now, we can try to query a bigger dataset and see how Tableau will work with big data. We shouldn't avoid Tableau Extracts, because our data size is huge. This is the great thing about the cloud. We can orchestrate with big data without loading it into our machine.

How to do it...

We can create a new data source and specify the following options:
- Warehouse: COMPUTE_WH
- Database: SNOWFLAKE_SAMPLE_DATA
- Schema: TPCH_SF1000

When we are choosing Warehouse, we are choosing to compute resources for our DW. In our case, COMPUTE_WH is a X-Large. We also have SF_TUTS_WH that is X-Small...
