In this chapter, we looked at the various resources that you can use to study for the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam.
We reviewed the Salesforce Certified Administrator study guide and discussed official Salesforce and other third-party resources that will help you understand the features and functionalities to be found in the exam.
We also outlined the process of planning, booking, and writing the exam, and offered some insight into the types of questions that may appear and some suggestions for how to deal with the questions during the exam.
Finally, we looked at what happens after the exam and the next steps that are available for a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
