No topics factor as heavily into the B2C Solution Architect certification or on-the-job responsibilities as the three primary products: the Lightning Platform, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and B2C Commerce. The other products you should be familiar with to be fully prepared are those that complement the core B2C solution architecture.
For the most part, these products were covered in sufficient detail in Chapter 6, Salesforce Ecosystem – Building a Complete Solution. Additional products in the Commerce Cloud space were covered in Chapter 3, Direct-to-Consumer Selling with B2C Commerce. The goal of these chapters and the goal of a B2C solution architect should be to recognize when another Salesforce product would meet the needs of a solution, its overall role in the solution, and how it would integrate.
