This chapter has equipped us with the ability to align our applications to the tasks our customers need to accomplish, making our offerings not just relevant, but essential. It’s clear, now more than ever, that our understanding of customer needs, their pain points, and the journey they undertake, form the lifeblood of our success on the AppExchange platform.
