Recapping the rules of remote pairing
In Chapter 5, Remote Pair Programming Setup, we discussed the importance of remote access. Now it's time to recap the rules we went through. We require a tool for remote access, and it should have the following ideal features:
- It is free for individuals.
- It is available on all of the major operating systems, including both desktop and mobile applications.
- It is easy to install and set up.
- It offers smooth remote access and control.
- It offers good security and privacy.
- It has low latency (although this depends a lot on both partners' internet connections).
- It has very good image quality (minimum HD).
- It has stable remote control, even when used at long distances.
