Summary

In this chapter, we saw the importance of chatbots and where they are heading. We also showed you the different chatbot architectures. We started with understanding ALICE and AIML, and using AIML, we created a demo chatbot for appointment scheduling to show the concept of chatbots using ALICE and AIML.
