XML formats
It is really interesting that we can have three resources that aggregate and display the blogs belonging to one of the three categories that we have defined. This alone can be useful for showing the recent posts of a site from each category. However, this can be extended further to be more useful, by allowing these resources to render the content in a way that machines understand. We want the content to be processed and displayed by other websites or to be read by the news feed readers.
Machine-readable formats and readers
XML is about generating document definition tags on the fly and placing the data within such tags. Unlike HTML, there is no fixed set of such tags.
