Editing online

Allowing people to edit your Prezi can be a scary thought, but in this section we'll look at how best to approach it. We'll also give you some useful tips to help keep people focused.

This can be an extremely powerful way of brainstorming new ideas with colleagues in other locations. Even if you just have to walk a few flights of stairs to get to them, you might want to try this and save those legs of yours!

Following are some useful things to think about when running an online collaboration or brainstorm.

Instructions

Make sure that the very first thing they see on your canvas is a set of instructions like the ones we saw on the previous page with audio instructions on.

Tip

Entering the session

You might find that when your guests arrive onto the canvas, they do so in show mode. Once everyone has arrived, ask them to press the End (x) button on the bottom right so that they can edit the Prezi.
