Set up the Heroku add-on for Einstein Vision Services

This section covers step-by-step instructions to set up an add-on for Einstein Vision Services on Heroku. The steps are shown as follows:

1. Create a Heroku application on your Heroku developer instance. You can sign up for a free Heroku instance here and download the Heroku CLI (https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-cli).
2. Create a Heroku application using the following commands:

heroku login 
//Enter credentials to log in
heroku create <your app name>

3. Provision the add-on using Heroku CLI. The following shows the command to associate the add-on for your Heroku application:

heroku addons:create einstein-vision:test --app <your app name>
