With the move to the new app model, Microsoft has separated the various functional modules into distinct applications, available for purchase in a modular way. At its core, the Sales application focuses on the capabilities of building relationships with prospects and customers:
- The ability to close sales faster
- Track progress and interactions with customers
- Have an overall view of all customer activities
- Interactions within your organization
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales module facilitates sales teams in managing leads and opportunities, as well as closing these opportunities in a shorter, more orderly fashion. It helps to increase the opportunity success rate.
