Extending entities

Whether we are looking to extend a customizable business entity or a custom entity, the process is very similar. We extend entities by creating new entity fields, forms, views, charts, relationships, and/or business rules. The following screenshot shows these options for the account entity where we added the Twitter Handle custom field:
