Now that you have a handle on the areas of governance, we'll provide a questionnaire to help guide your governance discussions with business stakeholders. Many of these questions may result in deeper meetings – don't be discouraged if it takes a while to decide on some items:

The discussion points in the preceding table will help you build a strong governance plan for Microsoft Teams features. The good part about a governance discussion is it allows the business to understand the features of the tools and bring alignment between the business goals and the technical capabilities.
