Chapter 5: Managing Users
After reading the previous chapter, there is learning content hosted on your Prime account. This content is ready to be delivered to your learners. Except... you don't have any learners yet! In this chapter, you will review the tools and features of Captivate Prime that allow you to manage the users that will be granted access to your Prime account.
When it comes to user management, there are two important aspects to keep in mind: authentication and authorization. Authentication answers the question, "Who are you?", while authorization answers the question, "What can you do?"
For authentication, you can, of course, define users directly within Captivate Prime.
