Introduction to Azure AD
Azure AD is an identity and access Management (IAM) cloud service offering from Microsoft. It is a single identity store for both internal and external users so that you can configure applications to use Azure AD for authentication. You can synchronize on-premises Windows AD to Azure AD, and thus you can enable a single-sign-on (SSO) experience for your users. Users can log in using their work or school credentials or personal Microsoft accounts such as Outlook.com
