Prioritization framework
Once we have a list of capabilities or features identified based on the metrics results, we can use any prioritization techniques and frameworks, such as the trade-off slider, KANO model, or RICE prioritization to rank and sequence our features and capabilities. I like to follow my own platform backlog prioritization technique, which combines a few methods that already exist.
