To follow along with this chapter, you'll need to install the Xamarin Workload for Visual Studio. You should be able to find this in the Visual Studio installer:
Like the previous chapters, you will also need an Azure account. Since the process of setting this up has already been covered in Chapter 2, Task Bug Logging ASP.NET Core MVC App Using Cosmos DB, we won't revisit that here.
During the testing phase of this, we will be running our application on a physical device; this means that you will need access to an Android device with an attached camera. Without this, while you can still follow along, you will not be able to see the application working.
