- Capture details on how well any system or data exception is handled and logged.
- Doing functional document peer reviews before getting it signed off helps make it a complete document.
- Your process flows should be system agnostic, and not all steps can be implemented and/or automated in one release. A manual process in one release can be an automated process in a future release.
