In this chapter, we have learned how to automate DNS server-related operations and how to perform some client-side tasks using PowerShell modules. The DNSServer module has more than 100 cmdlets, and is each designed to perform a specific task. Though not all of these cmdlets are not covered here, it is advisable to go through them and understand their functionality. This will help in identifying the areas that you can automate using this PowerShell module.
The next chapter provides some resources useful for learning how to manage Active Directory using PowerShell and some PowerShell resources for improving your coding abilities. It also provides some sample scripts that you may want to use in your environment (of course after proper testing in the lab).
